Cook, choose & shop.
Choose any recipe with the heart icon. The app combines identical ingredients, scales quantities, and splits them into a Lidl and an Edeka list. Tick off what you already have or move an item between shops.
Pregnancy and High Protein are separate collections
The initial pregnancy recipes are independently authored, not copied from Jessie Inchauspé's book. The additional High Protein examples are an editorial categorisation and their exact protein content has not been lab-tested. An imported recipe can belong to both collections.
Shopping at Lidl and Edeka
Copy/share a shop-specific list, then open the retailer's official site/app yourself. The app cannot write directly to Lidl Plus or Edeka accounts: no publicly authorised connection has been configured. A future official integration could be added via the adapter interface.
Your data stays on this device
Likes, imported recipes, shop assignments and ticks use browser local storage. Export your imported recipes regularly; clearing site data may delete them. Selections do not synchronise between phones. Shared exports contain only the shopping text you choose to share.
Food safety
Fully cook meat, fish and eggs; wash produce thoroughly. Use pasteurised dairy and boil frozen berries. Your maternity care team should advise on supplements, allergies, gestational diabetes and individual needs. This app provides meal ideas, not medical care.
